By accessing or using Chainyx Funded, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2.Funded Accounts
Chainyx Funded provides simulated funded trading accounts that allow traders to demonstrate their skills and earn a profit split based on their trading performance. Accounts are delivered instantly after payment confirmation, with no evaluation phase required.
Account credentials are sent to the email address provided at checkout. You are responsible for keeping your login key secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3.Trading Rules
All accounts are subject to defined risk parameters, including a daily drawdown limit and a maximum overall drawdown limit. Breaching these limits may result in the closure of your account.
News trading, weekend holding, and the use of Expert Advisors are permitted unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to review trading activity and to disqualify accounts that engage in prohibited practices such as exploitation of platform errors, latency arbitrage, or coordinated group trading.
4.Payments and Payouts
Account fees are charged at the time of purchase. Crypto payments are processed automatically, while alternative payment methods are fulfilled through our support channels and may include additional processing fees or taxes.
Profit payouts are processed within 24 hours of an approved request and sent to your selected payout method. We reserve the right to verify trading activity before approving any payout.
5.Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to engage in fraudulent activity, or to attempt to manipulate, reverse engineer, or interfere with our platform or systems.
6.Limitation of Liability
Trading involves substantial risk. Chainyx Funded provides simulated accounts for evaluation of trading performance and is not a broker or financial advisor. Past performance is not indicative of future results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chainyx Funded shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
